The location of the Kona Kai Motel is incredible in its convenience and diversity. One end of our Polynesian village fronts the Periwinkle Way bike path, right in the center of Sanibel’s delightful shopping and restaurant corridor. The bike path also leads to our unspoiled, world-famous shelling beaches. At the back of our property, past our wooden cabana buildings and swimming pool, you’ll find peace and serenity among the wildlife and vegetation of the Olde Sanibel River. The Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is four miles away. For our golfers and boaters the Kona Kai Motel is approximately one mile from two championship golf courses and the Sanibel Island public boat ramp.
Cottage
Our Tiki Cottage includes a king size bed, dining area, bathroom, and kitchenette.
There is also a deck with chairs outside for relaxing.

Motel Rooms
Motel rooms include one or two queen beds, a coffee-maker, microwave, beverage size refrigerator, breakfast area, and a full bath. Each motel room features it’s own deck with seating area away from the main courtyard, offering additional privacy. All rooms are non-smoking.
